Projected Visualization Questions allow instructors to ask questions on full-color images on exams or as in-class activities. To overcome the challenge of not being able to distribute full-color exams to her class, author Stacey Lowery Bretz includes these problems on her exams. These require students to look at a particulate, macro, or symbolic image that is projected at the front of the room.
Lecture and Art PowerPoints are available for each chapter in the text. These PowerPoints are fully customizable and feature images, bulleted chapter outlines, and clicker questions for in-class presentation. Our clicker questions include review of both the chapter materials and the related ChemTour animations and interactives. The Lecture PowerPoint images include alt text, and the slides are designed to be accessible for all students, including students who use screen readers. All the art from the book, sized for classroom display, is available in PowerPoint with alt text and in JPEG format.
