Meet the Authors
Isa N. Engleberg (Ed.D.)
is professor emerita of communication at Prince George’s Community College with 35 years of teaching experience. She is a former president of the National Communication Association and has written several communication books and articles.
John A. Daly (Ph.D.)
is professor of communication studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where he directs the professional communication skills course. He is a former president of the National Communication Association and has published numerous articles and books.
Susan M. Ward (Ph.D.)
is professor of communication studies at Delaware County Community College, where she also serves as the faculty fellow for Quality Matters. She has been involved in teaching and course design, both online and face-to-face, for more than 20 years.
