Collaboration is among the most essential skills students need for their future professional lives. Group projects provide a natural arena for developing this skill, but too often they fail to deliver on that promise. Dr. Bridgette Martin Hard will introduce evidence-based strategies—including pre-project networking, structured group charters, and reflection check-ins—that make group work more equitable, engaging, and effective.
Participants will leave with practical tools to transform group projects from frustrating to fruitful.
