A new chapter on
Yoruba religion
With its global spread from West Africa to the diasporic traditions in the Americas, Yoruba illustrates the rich diversity of and often complex connections among the world’s religions, making it a natural extension of Prothero’s “religions are not one” approach.
An all-new learning experience through The Norton Illumine Ebook
The Norton Illumine Ebook promotes student engagement and confidence through Check Your Understanding questions, audio pronunciations, and videos that bring religious practice to life.
New learning objectives make the learning goals more transparent for students
Learning Objectives appear at the start of each chapter and throughout the updated InQuizitive course, test bank, and Norton Teaching Tools site, so that instructors can tailor assessment and instruction to student needs.
